The preliminary programme has been released for the CityDNA International Conference & General Assembly 2026, taking place on 22–24 April 2026 in Helsinki.
The conference will explore The Human Pulse of Place and Purpose, examining how destinations can better understand the behaviour and mindset behind data, and translate insights into practical action.
The programme includes a series of Case Study Labs, which aim to move beyond theoretical discussion into real-world application. Destinations including Dublin, Stockholm, Rimini, Gdańsk, Glasgow, London, Copenhagen, Torino and Oulu will share their experiences, unpacking concrete scenarios and decision-making processes.
The sessions are designed to offer participants practical takeaways and approaches that can be applied within their own contexts.
The three-day conference will feature:
- Strategic keynotes
- Expert-led sessions
- Interactive discussions on shared challenges and emerging priorities
- Opportunities for peer exchange
The programme addresses current questions in destination management, with particular attention to how organisations can make effective use of data and research.
CityDNA has appointed Kenes to manage participant registrations and collect registration fees for the conference. Members should update their banking details for conference payments accordingly.
