As Caesars Palace celebrates its 60th anniversary, the Las Vegas resort has unveiled two new Colosseum Presidential Villas and 29 Octavius Sky Villas, designed by Peter Silling & Associates. The debut marks a new phase in the property’s ongoing transformation, following extensive recent upgrades across the resort.
The Presidential Villas, situated in the Colosseum Tower, offer more than 8,000 square feet of contemporary residential-style space, with private terraces, curated interiors and views of the Las Vegas skyline. The Octavius Sky Villas, positioned on the upper floors of the Octavius Tower, introduce a modern aesthetic with sculptural design elements and expansive city vistas.
The openings follow the resort’s recent AAA Five Diamond designations for THE VILLAS Caesars Palace and Restaurant Guy Savoy, reflecting a consistent standard across the property. Further redevelopments are planned through 2027, including an OMNIA Dayclub, full-suite renovations in the Augustus, Julius and Palace towers, and a new VIP check-in lounge.
“These new villas demonstrate our commitment to raising the benchmark for luxury and design on the Strip,” said Sean McBurney, chief commercial officer and regional president, Caesars Entertainment.
For meeting and event professionals, the reimagined villas offer exclusive options for high-level gatherings, private receptions and incentive stays, supported by Caesars Entertainment’s dedicated nationwide events team. The company’s portfolio spans more than 50 properties, including 2.1 million square feet of meeting space and over 50,000 guest rooms.
