Convene Hospitality Group has appointed Jacque Riley as senior vice-president of brand marketing. The hire was announced on January 8, 2026.
Riley joins following the formation of Convene Hospitality Group as a parent company, uniting Convene and etc.venues under a single structure. Riley will lead brand architecture, strategy and marketing. She will also support the development of new brands and product offerings across the group.
CHG said the role is newly created. It said Riley will help shape how the group positions standalone meeting and event venues.
Ryan Simonetti, president and CEO of CHG, said: “As we enter our next chapter as Convene Hospitality Group, we need a creative lead to bring our growing house of brands to life.” He added: “Jacque’s deep hospitality brand-building experience, sense of storytelling and eye for differentiation sets us up to seed strong emotional connections to multiple lifestyle brands as we expand to meet the white space in the market.”
Riley joins from Ennismore, where she served as vice-president of brand marketing. She worked across brands including Mondrian, Hyde, Morgans Originals and 21c Museum Hotels.
During her time at Ennismore, Riley oversaw brand expansion across Europe, North America, Africa and Australia. Openings included Ibiza, Bodrum, Miami, Johannesburg, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Perth. She also worked on the repositioning of Morgans Hotel Group brands.
Riley sits on the board of the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship at Cornell University.
