Global storytelling agency, INVNT has appointed Caspar Mason as creative director, EMEA.
He will lead creative strategy and delivery across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, covering brand experiences, live events and integrated experiential projects.
The role includes shaping creative direction for regional clients and supporting global programmes delivered from the EMEA business.
Mason joins INVNT with experience across agency and in-house environments. He has previously held roles at Jack Morton, BBC, Muster and The Marketing Practice.
Mason said his focus will be on creating experiences audiences actively choose to engage with. He said: “I’m excited to join INVNT at a moment when creativity, innovation, and experience are converging to open new ways for brands to earn attention, regardless of the medium or technology used. The goal is to create experiences people actively choose to engage with, not scroll past or block.”
The appointment follows a series of large-scale event and exhibition projects delivered by INVNT’s EMEA team. These include PepsiCo’s International Bottler Conference in Barcelona. The event used immersive VR and a Formula 1 car to announce a new brand partnership.
The team also designed and produced Hitachi Digital’s exhibition presence at CES 2025 and CES 2026, bringing multiple business units together under the “One Hitachi” narrative within a single stand.
INVNT operates across North America, EMEA, APAC and South Asia, with EMEA playing a central role in global creative delivery.
