US-based ITA Group has acquired two European event agencies. The acquisitions cover C2events in West Yorkshire and Daymakers in Utrecht. Both deals are effective from 31 October 2025.
The move expands ITA Group’s event delivery presence across Europe, strengthening its in-region capabilities and adding healthcare, pharmaceutical and technology-led expertise to its global events portfolio.
C2events specialises in healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotech events. The agency has operated in the UK for more than 20 years.
Daymakers designs live and digital experiences, with work spanning content, platforms and event technology.
Under the agreement, both agencies will continue operating with their existing teams and leadership, while becoming part of ITA Group’s employee-owned structure and wider event solutions business.
Brent Vander Waal, chief executive officer at ITA Group, said: “As we continue our strategic global expansion, culture and expertise remain our top priorities. C2events and Daymakers are exceptional organisations that share our longstanding commitment to service excellence and an ownership culture.”
Niels Janssen, chief executive officer at Daymakers, said: “Joining ITA Group represents an exciting opportunity to expand our impact while maintaining the values and client relationships we’ve built.”
The acquisitions build on ITA Group’s recent expansion. Previous deals include NKD in London in 2022 and HTK in Ipswich in 2023. In 2024, ITA Group added Performance Incentives in Sydney.
The company now employs more than 1,200 people globally. ITA Group operates offices in the US, Australia, the UK and the Netherlands.
